Team Outdoors are specialists in high-quality outdoor products. Due to strong growth, both online and in-store, their warehouse space was being used inefficiently. Logistics processes were being hampered and storage capacity no longer met the growing demand. Assembly company Gerrits was brought in to develop an efficient and practical solution that optimises space utilisation and speeds up order processing.
The main challenge was adapting the warehouse without disrupting daily order processing. We visited the site for a thorough analysis of the current situation. After gathering all the necessary information, a detailed drawing was prepared, discussed with all stakeholders, and developed step-by-step into a concrete plan.
